It is with great sadness that I announce to all our supporters today, that I have been given word today on the death of Dale Dempsey. Dale had been struggling with cancer for a couple of years and he trusted God so deeply for healing. The last report that we had a few weeks ago is that Dale had a good report. He and Cathy went to Arizona for special treatment, and it is there that Dale passed. We must trust the Lord’s wisdom in this situation as there are no clear reasons that we can find in our hearts to understand why he leaves us at this time.

Cathy is still in Arizona and so we ask that you keep her in your prayers. Also, pray for their two young sons who are in New Jersey with relatives: Ethan and Jude. They will most likely struggle to understand why their father will not be coming home. We ask God to hold Cathy, Ethan, and Jude so gently in His mighty hands.

Dale has been a faithful and ardent supporter and participant in BTW outreach since 2012. He is a rock among us. He sacrificed his business and family time to volunteer his services in places like Deskit, Phey, Puga, Leh, Yalook, Tangyar, and Digger among others.  Dale was so capable, and he loved to put his hands to work in the name of Jesus.

Dale is at rest and peace with God…we know he is home. We will miss him greatly. Words do not exist to express our appreciation for his servant’s heart, and he brought glory to God in all that he did. “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.”
