Over the next few years, our primary focus will center on Leh, a remote town situated at 3,500m altitude amid mountainous terrain with a challenging transport network due to seasonal snow and unsurfaced roads. Our efforts revolve around five key areas:

1. Collaborating with local school authorities, we engage volunteer renovation teams from around the world to enhance schools in the region.
2. Implementing teaching-training programs to assist local educators in updating and improving their teaching methods.
3. Reaching out to nomadic Ladakhi and Tibetan communities on the India-China border to enhance their educational programs, improve their quality of life, and preserve their nomadic culture.
4. Aiding Nepali indentured servants in Ladakh to keep their families together and overcome economic challenges.
5. Introducing e-learning programs, including modern electronic and digital equipment, to enhance the learning opportunities for children in remote areas.

Join us from May 21 – June 3, 2024, for our upcoming Ladakh trip with a few spaces still available. We’ll be renovating a storefront for an upcoming café/restaurant as part of our BAM (Business as Mission) project, providing an opportunity to express Christ’s love creatively.
